Tournament Information:-

1) Please refer to the link below when travelling to Singapore.

2) 2-way per day Official Transport from the Official Hotel to Tournament Venue will only be provided for players who have confirmed booking at the Official Hotel. Player's Name must be registered in the hotel to facilitate Official Transport daily claims. Players who are out of the competition will no longer be provided with Official Transport. No taxi claims from Airport Transfer.

4) Local WIFI is provided only for players with a local phone number.
5) Practice courts

a) Open 1 hour before the 1st match of the day and close at 5.00 pm daily.
b) All players are required to book practice courts with the Tournament Facilities Desk.
c) Players should not use the practice courts without prior booking as this will create confusion and misunderstanding among players.
d) Any player who is found deliberately using the court without prior booking on more than one occasion, may be barred from booking practice courts.
e) Indoor Practice Courts will be provided when available in addition to outdoor practice courts being provided.
6) Entry Fees have to be paid in cash or by internet banking only.
7) Stringing services to be paid in cash only.

When a player enters the tournament, it is mandatory to participate in all Singles Main Draw and or Qualifying and Singles Consolation matches. A player may be excused from this obligation only if they have a valid medical condition, substantiated by a medical certificate issued by the tournament physiotherapist or physician. Players who withdraw from the tournament without providing prior noƟce to the referee will forfeit eligibility to receive ranking points.
